I want you to have the best experience with the least amount of inconvenience. To accomplish this goal, I need your help in doing a little preparation for your cleaning visit.

  • Please have a free space in your driveway, closest to the door if possible.
  • If there will be an access or parking issue please let me know ASAP so it can be solved prior to my arrival.

Do I need to move furniture out of the room?

Please remove as many piece of furniture as possible, such as small tables, lamps etc... My liability Insurance does not allow me to handle these items or move furniture, Your cooperation helps me do a better job for you.

As I use a multi stage cleaning process to deep clean your carpets, I Unfortunately cannot facilitate an "Over & Back" with furniture or objects.

I can clean underneath couches, chest of drawers & beds etc... If they are removed from the room being cleaned to an area that is not prior to my arrival. If large objects are left in an area to be cleaned, I will clean around these objects while covering as much area as possible.

Do i need to vacuum/hoover the areas before you arrive.

Please hoover/vacuum your carpets or tiles thoroughly before i arrive for the best results. For Upholstery please hoover/vacuum under the cushions if they are removable.

Prices given have been subject to standard room sizes and may be confirmed on arrival

How Can I Pay?

Bank transfer is preferred but cash is also fine.

if using a bank transfer the payment needs to be made when we arrive to avoid any delays in payment.
